Jeanne-Lyse feels that she is part of a soft and peaceful revolution that wants to replace the frustration and fear around food with trust, well-being and deep pleasure.

She encourages people to cook their meals with love and mindfulness and to look at simple, unprocessed foods as a foundation for refinement.
Her aim is to teach how to enjoy food without feeling guilty and how to seek gratification through better balance rather than through comfort food.
Jeanne-Lyse studied Western Herbal Medicine and graduated with the IRCH (International register of Consultant Herbalists). She went on to study naturopathic iridology with the Independent School of Iridology.
She provides herbal treatment and nutritional advice at the CHAIM Centre in Willesden Green, North West London: www.jeanne-lyse-sibaud.co.uk
